Introducing the Source Farm Ecovillage in Jamaica

in #sustainable7 years ago

In less than 2 weeks, I’ll be on my way to the Source Farm Ecovillage in Jamaica! During my time there, I’ll be sharing more about this incredible place, a sanctuary of sustainable living dedicated to respecting and restoring Mother Earth. Here’s a sneak peak of it’s abundant beauty and bounty...some photos I took when I lived there years ago!

Source Farm is a multi-cultural, intergenerational, intentional eco-village; committed to natural living, holistic health, spirituality, ecological & social stewardship, education, organic farming, gardening, permaculture and arts & culture.

Fantastic Photos specially the sky in the first photo

Thanks! BTW, that photo is totally unedited, that's exactly how the camera captured the brilliant Caribbean colors, incredible right?!

Let us know if you find a new fruit that you love!

I hear "Soursop" is amazing!

Yes!! I had soursop there before and it is indeed amazing! Also sweetsop, which I think is just a more ripe version of soursop, but it may also be a different fruit. This is I will find out while i'm there :)

Wow amazing photos! Can I go to Jamaica with you please?! 😂

Yes! You're coming!!! It's gonna be hot 😹

Yes! I'm planning on it :) I'm hoping to inspire my family who live there year round to get on Steemit too, that would be amazing! They have so much interesting and useful stuff to share about sustainable living!
