You got the private key right? You should be able to access your coins via the web wallet choosing the Login With Your Private Key option: https://wallet.swiftcash.cc/
For claiming, you can either send them to a new address or simply adding some swiftcash to the same address or even sending the swiftcash to the same address will all be considered claiming and will therefore be eligible for the possible coming fork/reset. Logging in does not count as claiming. Did you read everything I wrote? You need to add more to the address or move your coins to another address otherwise your coins will be removed in the upcoming fork.
Yes, thanks. After I logged into the swiftcash wallet with my smartcash paper wallet private key, I created a new address on web wallet then transfered my coins from my first swiftcash address to it.
