More info needed about this latest chemical attacks in Syria

Why isn't anyone providing any proof as to where exactly those chemicals came from and who fabricated them? Who exactly executed the attack and by which means were these chemicals delivered on target? (you know 5Ws and how) Frankly, we don't trust the info given to us.
