The island is have a deadly situation here.

The island was hit hard but it is recovering. The east side of the island was damaged worse than the west I'd say. Most of the houses on the east side are significantly damaged if not destroyed, while on the west I'd say the vast majority are still standing, tho most are still damaged everywhere. Power is back on basically everywhere but phone lines are still down. Roads are clear but some trails are still blocked. I'd almost say the greatest damage was to the reefs. Buildings can be rebuilt, but there's no way to rebuild a coral reef. Alot of the reefs were significantly damaged by the hurricane, except in a few select areas.
