Beef taco in corn tortilla
Shredded beef on tortilla bread with horseradish sauce
Two soft flour tortilla wrap 150 grms of shredded beef, with fresh shreds of red cabbage topped with horseradish sauce.

Oil the beef lighty.. mix all spices.. dry rub the beef.. sear the meat in a pan till browned.. in a pot add diced onions/carrots/celary.. place meat on top.. ad stock till ⅓ beef covered.. cover pot with plastic wrap and foil.. cook on 170C for 5-6 hours.. pull meat with forks.. add spice rub after shredding..

1:1 yoghurt to mayo, ad garlic, dil, vineger, salt pepper, horseraddish, refrigerate 3 - 24 hrs before use..
