I am almost a month in now and I don't think that Steemit is going to be the next Facebook. Although I love Steemit very much so far.
Why is everybody always talking in terms of "neither... nor"?
I actually wish that both coexist because both serve different needs.
Hopefully, Steemit is going to grow and pick up its important role as an innovation ;)

You always comment this way without any upvote. You must be a fraudster
With Steemit, I don't know the people that I am following and what to expect from them. I have only been on Steemit less than one month.
Facebook is to stay in touch with people I know through work, school etc.
As far as meeting people that is more important, for you can talk, touch, and get a better indication of what they are feeling.
You are right. I hope they will create room for private interactions

Great thoughts @quocvietle. Clearly, they serve different needs so far.
