COPING WITH CHALLENGES

The Japanese have always love fresh fish but the river close to japan has not hold many fishesfor a decades, so to feed Japanese population, fishing boat got bigger and went further than ever.
The further the fishermen went the longer it took them to bring fish, if the reture took more time, the fishes were not fresh. To solve this problem, fish companies installed freezer on their boats. They would catch fishes and freeze them at sea and freezer allowed the boat to go further and stay longer. Despite this, the Japanese could stil taste the different between fresh fish and frozen fish, Japanese did not like the taste of frozen fish and this led to lower price of fish. To this, fishing company designed another item means by installing fish tanks, they would catch the fishes and stock them in the tanks fin to fin. After a little trashing around, they lost their fresh fish taste.
The fishing companies faced great challenges on this but today they get fresh tasting fish for japan. How do they manage to keep the fish tasting fresh.....? The fishing companies still stock the fishes in the tabks but with a small shark. These fishes in the tank are challenged and hence are constantly on the move. The challenge they faced kept them alive and fresh. The challenge the fishing companies in Japan also faced brought about lasting way out.
