RE: Tantric Energy Healing explained

in #tantric7 years ago

Eletelan, I’m so glad you’re here and that our paths crossed. I like your blog very much.

Regarding energy work, do you ever find people who are tightly attached to their blockages? I mean it’s a gift and a skill to sense them and free up the energy so it flows better. But sometimes, in my experience, it seems there is some benefit that folks are getting from their stuck-ness, it becomes part of how they identify in life, and they really struggle to let it go. I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences on this. 🙏🏽

Hi, Thanks for your comment.
in short, "yes.", but....
I often tell my favorite fable to clients:
Once upon a time the buddha had a rowboat. He couldn't remember where it had come from but he guarded it carefully and took great care of it, polishing it and keeping it close.
One day he needed to continue his journey, so he rowed his trusted rowboat across the river to the other side. Once on the other bank he had a decision to make. Now that it had served it's purpose, would he carry his rowboat on his back through the woods, or would he thank it, honor it, and release what no longer served him.

The buddhas rowboat, so much like the traumas and blockages we cling to, may serve a purpose for us, or even save or lives. Being completely guarded and unable to feel love can be useful in certain awful situations. But at some point we ALL continue our spiritual and life-purpose journey, and we need to release what no longer serves us; whether that may be negative people, physical diseases, or attachments to blockages.
On the other hand (and isn't there always another hand?) Every great healer, speaker or empathic person I've met in my years have always started from some great traumatic event in there life. Often our compassion grows from our pain. "No mud, no lotus." so....

It's a pleasure to meet you here. love and blessings
