Have you ever try vegetarian diets?
There are many studies agree that vegetarian diet providing a range of health benefits such as reduce the risk of heart diseases and obesity, lower our blood pressure and risk of diabetes, etc.

Recently I was visited a pleasant vegetarian cafe at Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore. It is called Nature Café.

The restaurant has two shop lot space. One space is for dining, and another one is used for selling vegetarian products and beverages.

The interior design is quite modern, spacious and the added nature motive such as trees and birds wall painting bring unique of the interior design.

The lighting of the restaurant is quite artistic which’s made from trees branches and some light burbs, looks distinctive and environment friendly.

Let’s take a look on the menu and food introduction. They is providing Chinese and Western food such as stir fried vegetables, noodles, stone pot rice, soup, burger set meals, pizza, steak and pasta, snacks and desserts.

The snacks such as Mushroom Satay, Rojak, Jia Xiang Bean Curd, Cheese Ball, etc.

The Western food such as Mexican Cheesy Chop Set, Black Pepper Steak Set, Creamy Mushroom Soup, Hawaiian Pizza, etc.

Stone Pot Rice and Noodles such as Stone Pot Chicken Slice Rice, Stone Pot Korean Style Rice, Stone Pot Monkey Head Mushroom Rice, etc.

Let’s see what vegetarian food that I had ordered:

My 1st dish was Claypot Style Chicken Rice 港式沙煲饭 with cost S$6.90. The so called ‘chicken’ was fried Abalone Mushroom with black soya sauce and sesame oil which’s taste good! All ingredients such as rice and Xiao Bai Cai are fresh and yummy.

Next dish was Kimchi Soup 泡菜汤 with cost S$7.50. The kimchi soup is quite appetising and bit spicy. The added tofu, cabbages, tomatoes, Enoki mushroom, glass noodles are all fresh. It is good match with rice.

My last ordered dish was Mexican Cheesy Chop Set 墨西哥套餐 with cost S$13.90. The Fried King Oyster Mushroom Steak with cheese is so appetising and yummy. The black pepper spaghetti, French fries and salad all taste delicious and fresh.
