also i really enjoyed that question part toward the end about eating carbs during keto and your experience being keto adapted, etc. I think this is one very important factor people need to know, and most times they are completely unaware of it.

I don’t think if I would do any diet where I can’t have any kind of food ever again or be forced to eat a limited number of things. Been there, done that, life’s too short for that plus it doesn’t work.
You should go check out the location, it’s pretty cute and you gotta see their other flavors 😱
