Sweet bread with whipping cream
Although a little complicated but make your own bread it is healthy. If you buy in a bakery or a convenience store sometimes the bread use preservatives, softeners or sweeteners. Sweet bread with whipping cream
Material :
300gr flour high protein (me: twin disc gold)
60gr granulated sugar
10gr milk powder
5gr yeast
220gr total weigh (2 egg yolks + 40gr whipping cream liquid + liquid milk refrigerator temperature)
25gr unsalted butter
2gr salt
How to make :
- mix the flour, sugar, milk powder and yeast then enter the liquid milk, ulen until half-proofing
- then enter the butter and salt, ulen until smooth elastic.
- round and rest 45mnt or until fluffy 2x
- deflate it, knead briefly, for so few parts ( me : @50gr), rounding/round, rest for 10 minutes
- fill the dough and shape according to taste, the above a baking sheet that has been smeared margarine
- rest of 1.5 hours or until the dough expands
- before dipanggng oles dg liquid milk, baked dg a temperature of 180°c until cooked. Once cooked basting dg butter/margarine.
