Rich Creamy & 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐲 pork broth , topped with sesame seeds , scallions , cabbage , bitter roasted garlic bits , sliced wood ear mushrooms , chasu pork & ajitsuke tamago topped with a large sheet of seaweed for an epic finale !⁣ ($8.20)

Another 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 ramen to savor is the ABURA RAMEN! ⁣
Springy Plump noodles something like kolo noodles texture , topped with minced pork , scallions , seaweed , sesame seeds , chasu slices , and Ooozing poached eggs ,

a mouthful of the springy noodles gives that sharp spike of spicyness followed by the soothing eggyness for balance! Love this fusion of local & japanese toppings! ($6.90)⁣

Thicc Udons topped with Fish Katsu , scallions , seaweed , sesame seeds , OoOozing poached eggs, and TOBIKO, would be better if it was topped with japanese mayo or Wafu Dressings though.⁣
