Peking Duck is a famous specialty dish from China, especially in Beijing. The characteristic of duck roasted duck skin is thin, crispy, dark yellow. After choosing a good duck, the duck will be cleaned and marinated with malt, spiced with red vinegar, sugar, salt, spices and then turned back. The wood used is the camphor tree to aroma from wood to enhance the flavor of duck.

In most restaurants, they will serve duck and skin separately. Visitors can get duck skins that have been cut thinly to roll with rice paper or with some vegetables like cucumber and carrots ... dot with taste. The meat is fried with delicious rice, the bones are processed into a soup or a variety of dishes.


I will introduce to you a famous restaurant in China about roast duck. I learned about it through the Internet. Although I have not seen it myself, but through sharing from those who have come to enjoy the roast duck here, I know this is a classy restaurant.
