Interesting post, It puts me in the mood to drink a cup of tea.
I occasionally have some green tea.
I'm a fan of chamomile tea. I think it's underrated. More people should try it. It really helps calm you down, relax your nerves, and lower your stress levels. It's also good for helping you doze off when you're having a restless night.
