Green tea is a versatile tea. Its not only refresh you but also it detox your body. I have been drinking green tea regular basis from 2 years.So i am going to share some advantages of green tea.
First of all green tea can repeal lots of diseases like cancer, cardio vascular disease etc. Secondly, Green tea improves our brain cell. Thirdly, Green tea can kill Bacteria. It also may lower type 2 diabetes.
Most important is some studies show that green tea may help to boost metabolism and it can burn some calories.One of study study showed that fat oxidation was increased by 17%, that means green tea may selectively increase the burning of fat.
How to make Green tea ?
At first Heat water in a kettle or in a pan on the stove until it boils – this part’s important – the bubbles that appear at boiling point are carbon disappearing, which decreases the acidity of the water, leading to the brew taking on a clearer colour.
