Shadow Puppet with my Kindergarten Student

Play is more powerful for children. Play also can help children learn and grow.

First, we decided on the story to show or to play. We choose “Kancil dan Buaya” (The Mouse deer and The Crocodile) folktales from Indonesia.
We make this box as a media to show the puppet. Then, we prepare black asturo paper with outlet shape of mouse deer and crocodile for children to cut.
After the children cut the shape, then stick the shape on the straw so they can hold it.

They all really enjoyed that activity.

Do not forget to turn off the light and prepare your torch.
