What is your opinion after understanding the subject matter provided in this course on teacher self-evaluation using SWOT analysis technique

This teaching technique is quite essential in communication and assimilation of the lesson taught providing a specialized through process and proper academic environment to the kids. The SWOT analysis gives a general professionalism in the place of teachers.

Moreso it spot out strength in the teacher self awareness and composite during the teaching process. It creates room for improvement professionalism and overall skyrocketing teaching technique while attaining perfection in teaching.

Importantly the SWOT analysis aids teacher spot weaknesses and areas of improvement in the profession it is like a mentorship guide of improvement in the profession. It is like a mentorship guide which keeps these teachers in place while sharpening their teaching skills.

Spotting Strength:

Effectively have improved my communication with students effectively through active demonstration and crucially maintain eye contact this harnessing class sessions effectively.

These communication skills is well appreciated as I have effectively evolved in use of simple grammar which would be most relatable to kids in high school this a huge success in my profession

These techniques improved my lesson students, improved feedback from children, they are more involved in classroom experience, echoing the required response, waving off distraction and improving cognitive and interactive environment in my profession.

Identifying my Weakness

Distraction has been my major weakness in the profession. I easily digress stressing alot on most irrelevant things, but in this way, I spotted this eventually when a fellow teacher highlighted however. I'm definitely working on it, through the guide of the SWOT analysis technique.

Time Management is a major weakness digressing makes me miss the major points in classroom lessons, it makes me getting choked up during lessons, rushing major topics and indeed the SWOT analysis aids me spot these too.

Inspiration is really a tool in Classroom lesson, most teacher don't have the right example or illustration to use to make children understand lessons. I guess I fall under this, truly the SWOT analysis aided me understand this and I'm working on it too.

Identifying Opportunities;
I basically opted for refresher courses, learning from experienced teachers in the same field, exposure to more working environment and doing more teaching learning from my mistakes and doing the best to do better.

Further research and studying would definitely broaden my horizon, I would indeed draw inspiration all the more from real life occurrence after conducting effective research on my school of thoughts. This would definitely aid in attaining academic competence.

Communication skill is a particular activities l, I would love to improve in if I lan to communicate effectively in classroom kids tend to understand better, ask questions and thus have highest chances of becoming great scholars in the future.

Identify my Threats
Inadequate provisions of sophisticated technologies into the classroom setting, most information are best shown on the Pratical aspect projector showing off brief analogy or basic topics, little commercial clips to teach a thinh or two would be best and lack of these poses a threat.

After SWOT analysis technique, then what is the follow up plan that you would do in future, Wha are your priorities

The SWOT analysis process would indeed be a starting point. This process would give birth to others eventually. Firstly I would undergo refreshers courses, seminars and professional academic activities to sharpen my teaching skills which is a key role in advancing status-quo to another level, I would indeed go for my phD amd also love to be a professor of linguistic, teaching is my heartbeat, therefore the SWOT analysis is a means to an end. It would definitely be a stepping stone to great heights in teaching profession.

Eventually, my priorities would be eventually t be an owner of an academic citadel after acquiring all the academic knowledge. I would love to own a school for grooming the future of the nation. Kids becoming the best version of themselves and benefiting the society at large.
