The best Shake Ever
One of my new favourite recipes in this Keto diet that I'm doing has been the Snickers Shake. Its delicious.
Basically, its as follows:
1cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
40g Vanilla protien powder
1tbs Cacoa Powder
1.5tbs of Peanut butter
1tsp Stevia
Blend it up and enjoy. So simple.
