Today I visit the Go Tarbush stall inside the KLCC Suria Mall, it sells all sorts of Arabic meals.

After looking at their menu, I decided to order their Kabsa chicken with a quarter portion of chicken which cost RM27 per plate.

Kabsa is an Arab mixed rice dish, served on a communal platter, that originates from Saudi Arabia. it’s commonly regarded as a national dish in all the countries of the Arabian Peninsula like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Yemen.

Kabsa means to press or squeeze, alluding to the technique used in cooking where the ingredients are all cooked in (or "squeezed into") one pot.
