Maison Tuna Mayo sourdough croissant sandwich

Today evening I visit the Maison restaurant known for serving artistry of food and drink. This restaurant is located inside the Pavillion Mall.

Currently, they are having a sourdough sandwich promotion. there are 3 options of sandwiches to choose from, egg salad, tuna mayo, and chicken ham. It comes with americano or English breakfast tea depending on your choice. It is also served with house salad.

For those who don't know what Sourdough is, it is a bread made by the fermentation of dough using wild lactobacillaceae and yeast. Lactic acid from fermentation imparts a sour taste and improves keeping qualities.

For the drink, I ask for English breakfast tea. It is served with a small piece of cookie. The drink is enjoyable because it is raining out there and it is cold inside the Mall.

For the sandwich, I order the Tuna Mayo Croissant sandwich. It is served with house salad with sesame sauce on it. The croissant is very crispy and flaky, overall the meal is very well presented and delicious.
