I decided to order the penang duck egg fried kuey teow since this looks like their main selling food. It is sold at RM13.80 per plate. if you don't eat cockles, don't forget to let them know when you order.

fried kuey teow is a stir-fried Chinese-inspired rice noodle dish from Maritime Southeast Asia. In Hokkien, kuey teow refers to flat rice noodles. It is made from flat rice noodles or kuey teow, stir-fried over very high heat with garlic, light and dark soy sauce, chili paste, whole prawns, shelled blood cockles, chopped Chinese chives, slices of Chinese sausage, and bean sprouts.

In Penang, fried kuey teow is commonly served on a piece of banana leaf on a plate, which is intended to enhance the aroma of the dish.
