Yah, understand. Support needed and 1 upvote from senior is what we looking for. All we can do is to continue to post good content and hope it got the attention. It's an encouragement when you see senior upvoted your post. Meaning they see value in it.

I wonder where you get your facts from to make such blant claims ? Everyone here on steemit will upvote each other provided you have good content and also you have engage with them. For starters these people you call "seniors" i would guess you are referring to the "whales" won't know that you even exist .. and you expect a vote from them ? so please get your facts straight before making such accusations.
I believe seniors would want to upvote every post if possible but they cant because of the increasing number of new members and posts daily. They will have to read through the posts and upvote only to the posts with good content to provide encouragement. I think their time is also limited, so they won't be able to read all the posts.
