DJI Tello only suitable for fun hobby.

Hi there,

today i have call by my Drone Pilot Club Malaysia, who conduct and gather all drone pilot in Malaysia. Purpose just to “lepaking” and chit chat about our community.

One of them just bought DJI Tello shown as pic:-

So, the story begin after we unboxing DJI Tello,
Every one of us need to gave opinion about the design and specification. So from this we can advise to newcomers in our Drone Club..

After having sharing Opinion we test fly

So, we quite impress for the 1st fly.. because it small and can take off in our palm hand and got safeguards propeller for safety purpose. The best thing about this DJI Tello it can flip around infront back, left or right.

Everyone got fun and excited, people nearby also excited what is happening.

HOWEVER,

This drone multifunction after 3 minutes fly.. Its start to drift away.. We try to catch but already goes high.. It drift till go to nearby tree..

We are very lucky it didn’t fall at any of car nearby or hit any house window..

So, we came out the conclusion.

1. Too many Wifi Signal interference makes the drone drift since it control over the phone wifi.
2. It is too small and not stable if got windy situation.
3. We advise, only for kids and not suitable for outdoor.
4. Price is very cheap and good for newcomers to learn how to fly drone.
5. Cheaper price is not good even for Big Name as DJI. Ahahahahahahaha

Lesson for today, don’t bring your drone and show to others pilot after you bought. Have your satisfaction and happiness first. After that, you show to them.. Otherwise, you will be regret..
Don’t worry bro, we have mechanic to fix it..
