Finding the best boss for you.
Once you have reached your final conclusion about what you need in your personal life, it is high time for you to conclude what kind of relationships you want in your business and in your profession. One of the secret of success in the world of works to choose your boss carefully. When you're out there searching for job, remember that you are going to be exchanging your life, the most precious possession you have is the opportunity to work and get the results and the income that follows it.
The key to your success at work is going to be the quality of relationship or rapport you have with your boss, your coworkers, and your customers. Choose your boss with care. You should carefully interview until you sure and able to find the person that you would enjoy working for or probably you should look for someone you like, admire and respect. You should also work with someone who have a lot to offer or teach you.
And finally that will encourage and support you in doing your best in the task you're possibly assign to do. On the other hand, if you find yourself working under a negative boss or working in a difficult situation, you will never be happy or successful with the situation around you.
Eventually you will be fired and went in search of job somewhere else under different people. Intelligent people are those that discontinued working in a situation where they are unhappy. They often had the mindset that the joy they don't enjoy is waste of precious time and it can also lead to waste of life.
I have witnessed many situations where a good person has left working environment due to negative and joined another different company with positive, an optimistic and a very encouraging boss with a group great fellow workers. Without wasting time the person who was performing poorly in an environment start to thrive and grow in a new environment.
