the worst thing about Stalin is that he poisoned the thinking of so many people in the Soviet Union. He was actually a coward in physical confrontation. The reason why Russia won the war was two fold; the first reason was the incredible courage of the ordinary Russian facing far superior weaponry of the Germans and secondly the military aid from the West.
