Disappointments ends

in #teardrops7 years ago (edited)

Its been a while... I'm not proud of the fact that i've not been posting here as often as I should but I must confess, I'm currently facing that phase and stage where everything somewhat goes wrong because they want to become right.

What I want to mention in this post is simple and clear enough. Have you ever been disappointed? Like really dissappointed? What about having to face dissappointing situations back to back for a particular period?

Have you ever been disappointed such that you feel like shedding tears

I guess majority will give postive answers.

A lot of people have had to face disappointments. For some, it is losing a loved one to another individual, for some it is failed expectations or failure in examinations.
A painful thing about disappointments is the fact that it is usually sudden most times.

Causes

Someone once said that no matter how close you are to an individual, too much trust can be dangerous. I believe he is right.
Other causes of disapppintments:

  • Too much trust

  • over expectation

  • lack of preparation

  • Holding on to the past

Solution

  • Turn negative emotions to positive

  • If you need to cry before restrategizing, please do

  • Do not overthink the issue

  • write down how you feel
(This has always worked for me).

  • look out for positivities or opportunities and prepare yourself

Thank you Ponmile, good write-up. Very encouraging.

@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
