HP dc7600 CPU Upgrade - Pentium 4 640 to 661

Paying 25 Bucks for this CPU with shipping was probably far too much but eh, it works and I'm happy! :D

The main reason I did this is because the Pentium 4 640 that was in there before isn't supported by Windows 10, the 661 I've replaced it with now is actually supported by Windows 10. I can finally install and run it on there!
