Samsung Galaxy S9 will blow you away! An all new camera system for photographers everywhere!

After immense hype, leaks and rumours Samsung finally unveiled it's much awaited flagship phone to the world. My very first impression about the phone was that it looks a lot like, if not exactly, Galaxy's last year model - the S8.

So both the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 plus look as though they're a refinement of their last year predecessors but there are definitely a few things that are worth noting here. Starting off with the all new colours, the new phones will come in Black, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple. All of these have a fine mirror finish which looks beautiful but of course attracts a lot of fingerprints!

All of the button placements are also the same as last year except for the finger print sensor which is now located directly below the vertical camera on the back of the phone. This was perhaps done after a lot of customers complaining about reachability in the S8 models. The infinity display works wonderful with all of your apps and videos and is something that Samsung should take immense pride in. The bezel-less feel of the phone adds to the user experience and of course there's no annoying notch there to disturb your content.

The specs in both models have been boosted up in order to match top tier flagship standards for 2018. The Galaxy S9 comes packed with Snapdragon 845, a chip that's supposed to do wonders for performance and speed. The Galaxy S9 comes with 4GB of RAM while the Galaxy S9+ comes with a 6GB of RAM. These will definitely come in handy during intense multitasking on the phones. Both phones are packed with 3000/35000mAh Batteries respectively and both c
ome with a 12MP camera. But we'll come to the camera in a bit. You also have facial and biometric recognition which allows you more ways to unlock your device.

So heres where it gets really interesting. THE CAMERA. Samsung decided to go all out this time, pooling in all of their resources into building an all new camera system for the smartphone. This camera is by far the best camera ever to be in a Galaxy flagship and is perhaps the biggest feature of the Samsung S9. This all new camera system required a special lens without which the technological breakthrough would not have been possible. Due to their small size all cameras in smartphones have a fixed aperture of f/2.0, this means that they cannot move and change aperture. This is a variable aperture lens which allows photographers all over to get much more out of their photographs than usual.

Apart from this there are a bunch of new features and improvements in the Galaxy phones and a full review is to follow after I get my hands on this beauty! Let me know what you guys think about the new Galaxy S9 in the comment section down below!
