MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE WORLD
Some living things are experts in finding directions, capable of sensing the direction of the Earth's magnetic field. We humans can only find it thanks to the technology, that is, the compass.
Especially migratory animals, birds, whales, and sea turtles, can develop a way to feel the magnetic field and can travel long distances without losing their way. Scientists have even noticed that in addition to these migrating animals, chickens, foxes, insects and cows also have this feature.
The ability to perceive the magnetic field seems to have been created in a different way in every living thing through completely different mechanisms. In these birds, thanks to an advanced system in their eyes that can be explained by quantum mechanisms, they can detect the magnetic field depending on the light.
