Iphone Battery Draining, How to solve that issues?

How to fix battery draining in my iphone 5s?

Actually since I updated the ios of my iphone its start draining the battery. Even I did not use my phone it is still drained. How to solve this kind of problem?
But not just battery, currently the sensor and home buttom didn’t work.

I feel so helpless because I don’t have yet budget to repair it in technician. I also use this to post in steemit and its kinda hard because I can’t stay longer in steemit. The battery is draining so fast and this the only gadgets that I have.

Hoping someone will help me to fix this iphone battery draining.
