Google is taking steps to prevent false news

False news is to be criticized by companies like Google and Facebook. In this situation, Google said about taking action to prevent false news, Google said. The company has been asked to take an initiative called 'Google News Initiative'. In a blog post on Tuesday, the company said it has taken this initiative to prevent fake news spreading online and to prevent fake breaking news.

Google says they will spend 30 million US dollars in the next three years. It will cost the money that comes to Google's platform, to evaluate its value and accuracy and to improve the process.

In 2016, during the US election, Google, Facebook and Twitter failed to prevent spreading false news spreading on the platform. There was a lot of criticism in this regard.

Later on in another blog post, Google said that they are unveiling a tool or software that will help to subscribe to the newspapers. Subscribing with Google will be a subscriber of a particular newspaper using that service. In this case, all subscriptions will be available in one place using Google account. Initially it was launched with several newspapers, including the Financial Times, New York Times, La Figaro, The Telegraph. They will soon add more news stories. References: Reuters.
