Sometimes life can get frustrating,having so much decisions to make at once without knowing which is the best,which at some point overwhelms you and you can't just stop thinking🤔.

Changing your life for the better is about picking a destination and taking one step at a time to get there. The next step is actually taking action to change your life after deciding you need a change.
In the post am going to list 5 steps to live your life better and happier😃.

1.Always be grateful:
Fact is you may not be the best but you are definitely not the worst so be grateful for that and stop overworking your self about what you don't have or what friends have and you don't. Always being grateful helps you appreciate your life better

2.Always have a To-do list:
Always start your day a night before that day,prepare a list of your do's and don'ts for the next day,what you aim to achieve and how you want to achieve it,this helps you structure your day better and helps you live smarter🤓.

3.Grow up:
Adults have the ability to learn to delay gratification, but we also have a choice as to how to behave when things don’t go our way. If you remember to take the high road, you’ll end up where you want to be. Don't ask childish and expect everything to go your way grow up!!

4.Honour yourself:
Always embrace and speak good things about yourself. Always be confident and but never compromise your personal values and always strive to be your best self even around friends.

5.Drop that attitude:
Sometimes you feel like the world owes you a living, you might want to reevaluate your position and actually start living. No one owes you anything but yourself and yah drop that attitude cause no one likes a person who is grumpy and proud.
