1 . More than a quarter of all purchases are made from a mobile phone or gadgets. A year ago, the figure was half that. So, if your mobile version of the site is not the fastest and most convenient, think about it.

2 . The most active buyers are people from 25 to 34 years, the very generation of Y, which has already mastered a full life on the Internet, but does not live in it since birth. Interestingly, the 65+ audience is very active in its life and self-development.

3 . Speaking about the interests of the audience, the first place is education and study abroad, on the second - employment, and on the third - travel.

4 . In general, users are becoming more demanding: no longer the customer adapts to the product, and the product adapts to the interests and desires of the client. So if the product does not have flexible "settings" - it's worth thinking about.

5 . The teachers / coaches / consultants also changed their preferences. It should be a person who does not explain so much, how much inspires feats due to his charisma and common interests.

6 . Technology should be a personal assistant - remind about plans in advance, send a notification about upcoming business, quickly pick up what you need on request (whether tickets to the theater or taxi call) and all this in a voice.

Technologies of the future have already come: with the help of voice control the phone can close almost all organizational needs. Of course, it's not like the movie "Back to the Future", but it's close.
