New line of access points PtP Radwin 2000 Alpha
RADWIN, a leading wireless solutions company, announced its new series of point-to-point (PtP) access points, Radwin 2000 Alpha. It is a compact and durable model that guarantees exceptional radio performance with the most competitive price in the industry.
Radwin 2000 Alpha is the optimal solution for high-speed wireless business access, as well as video surveillance backhaul or line replacement between links. This series is designed to operate outdoors, guaranteeing stable and reliable operation in the spectrum without a license, reaching a range of 120 km.
It is available in three models with different speeds: 500, 200 and 350 Mbps (Megabits per second). It operates in a band that goes from 4.9 to 6 GHz and guarantees a high capacity in small packages of 140K PPS.
The bandwidth of the channel can be configured between 10, 20, 40 and 80 MHz, with dynamic channel BW selection (20/40/80 MHz). It incorporates technologies such as MIMO, OFDM and high modulation schemes, including BPSK, QPSK, QAM 16, QAM 64 and QAM 256.
The units support three antenna configurations: a 16 dBi embedded antenna, a 22 dBi Slider TurboGain antenna, and third-party antennas. VLAN compatible with advanced red features following the 802.1Q, Q-in-Q and 4094 standards; QoS (quality of service) with four priority queues according to the 802.1P or Diffserv standards.
