About TCP / IP:

TCP / IP is the Protocol Suite for Internet Use. Two Protocols are named in this Protocol Suite. These protocols are: Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and Internet Protocol (IP). TCP is used for connection-oriented reliable transmission services, and IP is used to determine the address of every host in that network.

What is TCP?

TCP is the Transmission Control Protocol. It creates a connection-oriented interconnection medium connection.

What is ip?

TCP / IP networks are directed to each host with a number. This number is the IP which is 32 bits. This 32 bit is divided into 8 bits and 4 parts.
