Hello "Dear" Reader! Welcome all of you to me. It is very important to be aware of computer usage. Most of the computer users get a complaint from that, there are many problems with short pain, neck pain, and so on. Even the organs of the body may become permanently inaccessible.

Below are some of the reasons for the physical problems and ways to solve computer use:

Problem: Neck and capillary pain

Because:

  1. The user's seat is away from the computer.

  2. Do not set the monitor at the right height.

  3. Work in front of the lean forward.

  4. Keep the mouse higher than the keyboard.

  5. Work on the computer in the neck and ear holding the telephone.

  6. Work with your head tilt or rear.

Problem: headache

Because:

  2. Work long hours without interruption.

Solution:

Use the computer in a comfortable way to avoid the above problem.

Problems: hand, elbow and wrist pain

Because:

  1. Keep keyboards aside or work from one side without directing the user.

  2. The keyboard status is not correct. The keyboard is placed far or near more or less.

  3. Working with elbow weight.

  4. Keep the mouse higher than the keyboard.

  5. Use mouse, keyboard, calculator etc. more.

  6. The mouse set-up is not right. That is, the left hand user uses the right hand mouse.

  7. The wrist should not be in the right position, above or below one side.

  8. Use hard-button keyboard, pointing device or light pen, or type in computer without interruption.

  9. Keep the elbows in the hand far away from the body.

  10. Do not use numerical pad keys or numbered keyboards for accounting purposes.

  11. Work by putting pressure on the palm of the palm of the hand or on the side of the table or hand at the corner.
