Great article, I'm planning a move off grid soon and my future vision is to turn it into a glamping property for some passive income on a working permaculture homestead. Thank you for the information @johngreenfield I found you through my buddy @jackdubs curation. We are starting a new show on msp waves called Meadows and Makers where we talk about innovations and tech for the off-gridder and homesteader. That's an admirable vision for sure dude, myself and my partner @calluna have a similar dream. Bought our first half-acre forest plot earlier this year, with the plan to buy a few more and move out there in the next five years. Maybe do something to help autistic people develop skills in the further future, who knows.
I'll make sure to check out @jackdub and your guys show as well, nice to meet people with similar interests! Just glancing over your stuff now and I can tell I'm not gonna be short of reading material for today. I'm all about involving technology with permaculture and self-sustainable living.
