Facebook Develops Tool for Sending Telepathy?

Facebook is now known to be no longer just a social media company. The company now headed by Mark Zuckerberg is now known to have a hardware development project at its facility.

One of the mysterious projects of the company is in the new research division. The division made last year was called developing a so-called telepathic brain-computer interface technology.

Quoted from Business Insider, Friday (13/1/2017), Facebook has opened several vacancies for the division. A group called Building 8 opens jobs related to 'neuroimaging' and 'electrophysical data' to create future communication platforms.

The vacancy is also looking for engineers for a brain-computer interface with a Ph.D. classification. in the field of neuroscience. Later, the position will participate in developing the project for approximately two years.

Another position that the company is looking for is an engineer for developing audio signal processing algorithms. Just like the previous information, this position will be asked to help develop communication and computing platform for the future.

In addition to a number of open vacancies, the social networking giant was previously also known to have brought a neuroscientist into the team. Mark Chevillet of John Hopkins University who joined Facebook in September 2016 as a technical project lead.
