How can Bitcoin & other Cryptocurrencies be a Catalyst towards the development of Free Energy technology

Free energy technology (FET) is referring to various unconventional, non-traditional ways of producing almost free, abundant energy.

We are not talking about solar or wind power here, which are antiquated, inefficient forms of energy production in comparison, although those are often touted as being somewhat the best alternative to fossil fuels by mainstream scientists, politicians and media.

We are talking about relatively new, disruptive technologies that already exist, but are being suppressed by 'the powers that be'. This will eventually be a game-changer for this civilization when people finally recognize and allow such groundbreaking technologies to be known and distributed on a wider scale.

The main obstacle up to this point has been the distribution of those devices. A conglomerate of companies dominate the energy industry, and through centralization, were able to maintain their stranglehold on a market where only the technologies that are approved by the self-appointed masters of this world are allowed to flourish.

Contributing factors to the current status quo where FET devices are absent from our houses are:

• a general lack of awareness of their existence by the population at large.
• the lack of funding for the exploration of alternative energy paradigms by researchers who dare to explore reality models that go contrary to the mainstream view of physics.
• intimidation & bribery towards FET researchers, to try & prevent FET to be known and widely distributed, by keeping patents forever hidden in a closed drawer.

In this article I want to draw attention to some thoughts and innovative ways whereby the development and distribution of FET devices can be accelerated through the use of a decentralized economy:

1. Proof-of-work (POW) cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin can be mined by FET researchers to finance their projects with the nearly free and abundant electricity they get from their FET prototypes and devices. Cryptocurrency mining via POW is offering a real incentive right now to accelerate research & development in this field by independent groups around the world. Money earned by mining is reinvested in furthering the development of FET, thus producing a synergistic virtuous circle. The more powerful & efficient a FET device is, the more profitable the mining. This can tremendously accelerate research, development, production and local distribution. These daring pioneers could even sell their prototypes & devices locally in exchange for cryptocurrencies!

2. To submit patents and hope for industrial scale production by a big company has failed until now, because of the obstacles outlined above. It is through decentralized, permissionless development & distribution that a new kind of breakthrough can happen. The more independant researchers are able to build FET devices in their workshops, link together, replicate, produce and distribute such devices in their neighbourhood and local area, the faster the phenomenon can become acknowledged as being real on a wider scale by a critical mass of people.

3. Cryptocurrencies specifically designed to promote and accelerate the transition towards a FET paradigm, by raising awareness and kickstarting different individual projects. Indeed, there is at least one existing cryptocurrency with such an agenda: Teslacoin (TES).    On their roadmap we can see that their main project, named TeslaStarter, will be a crowdfunding platform through which new sources of energy are intended to be developed.

FET will eventually open the door towards a decentralized, cleaner, happier, more free and autonomous energy paradigm, which also allows everyone to delink/disconnect themselves from the centralized energy grid and become an independant energy producer for themselves and their neighbors, too.
