TOWARDS A GREENER WORLD: Do Electric Cars really help the Environment?

This video is a very detailed and explanatory narration of the advantages of electric powered cars to Diesel or Petrol engine cars.

A lot of damage has been done to our environment due to the mining and explorations of crude oil all over the world and the use of the refined products synthesised from it are also adding to the decay of the integrity of the global environment.

In Port Harcourt Nigeria, there has been a report of black soothe settling on roofs of domestic houses all over the city. This kind of situation would not have been a reality of cars and other devices and machineries are designed to function without sole dependence on crude oil.

I also hope African designers could take a brilliant cue from this video coupled with the fact that we have abundance of solar energy in raw and constant supply. Africans should be frontiers in technology like this.

I also agree with all who are in support of a electric powered car for the purpose of realizing a greener environment for sustainable and healthy ecosystem for all.
