Technology vs nature....selfie into the deep waters

Dear friends, I would like to reflect with you on the meaning of technology today...
It seems that in order to fully experience a moment it is essential to stop it in a photo and share it immediately on social media. Every moment of our life is accompanied by the need for a photo: at the restaurant, at the seaside, at home, in our favorite store and even in the bathroom, under the shower ....
If we think about the hours, the days, the years spent taking pictures, sharing them and waiting for the approval of our virtual friends, we wonder how much time we remain available to really experience the emotion that moment gives us.
What do you think, is it better to live in real time the emotion of the moment and keep it in our memories or share that joy with the world and rejoice later in revising that image?
