iPhone buying was a biggest mistake in my life.

IPhone iPhone iPhone such a huge brand. I ll say such a cheap brand. I bought iPhone 6 on 22oct evening. After one fine day it shows me the real quality. after one day I put my sim and started using it and then suddenly it notify me to upgrade the version (upgrade means it comes with better features) so I upgraded and slept. The next day I tried to install to a small software but I faced few problems such as hanging issued, battery drained quickly, not able to download anything and so on..

So I went to service center for the solution, they told they have no idea how to solve it Thn they gave me a number to contact and solve it that customer care also failed to solve the problem they are saying wait for the next update lots of customers are having this issue knowing that your customers are having problems till that you can't find out solutions .. since 3 days am suffering I can't download anything regrets investing money on iPhone if you genuinely call yourself the best brand prove it solve my problem as soon as possible I can't do any work on my phone how can I wait till the next update till that what I will do I can't download any app it's like a showpiece phone I thought iPhone is the best phone seriously very much disappointed from iPhone service

Is iPhone a best service provider?

If you guys have any solution for my problem please guide me.
