I think Facebook has always been really good at continual innovation... and sometimes forcing its users, kicking and screaming, along that journey.
Myspace, on the other hand, didn't change until it was too late
We agree with you @rossdcurrie. With site usage going down, where does Facebook go from here? How can they improve?
Myspace was the first of it's kind in our opinion. Changing the way family and friends interact with one another. There is one thing Myspace had over Facebook, which still surprises me to this day, as to why we haven't seen it on Facebook yet. That is customization of your profile. Adding a custom background and music.
