Western Digital expands the range of enterprise drives on hard magnetic disks with the models of the Ultrastar and 7K6 7K8 volume 4, 6 and 8 GB

Western Digital, announced the release of disk drives on hard magnetic disks that are part of a series Ultrastar and Ultrastar 7K6 7K8. The drives of the middle class proposed capacity of 4, 6 and 8 GB. They are designed for enterprise storage and positioned as the optimal solution for big data storage in cases when there is no need to use more expensive drives of 10, 12 and 14 TB Thermozone filled with helium.
