Concerning numbers for Tesla fans.

130 times earning for a company that makes cars like giant mobile phones on wheels, with jumbo sized radiation measured at half of microwave ovens cooking food.

Tesla Model 3 has been measured to emit up to 50 milligauss (mG) of EMF radiation. The radiation emitted by a microwave oven is about 100 mG and up when in use.

I feel sorry for Uber drivers sitting in Teslas all day.

Note that as of last quarter BYD shipped more battery-only electric vehicles than Tesla, but BYD has a $100 billion market cap vs. a $1 trillion market cap.

BYD’s CEO is not asking for a $58 billion paycheck nor running seven companies nor picking fights with not only the 40% of the voters on the left but also, lately, with the majority of Trump voters.

So I find the idea that this 130x earnings is sustainable is amusing.

Trees don’t grow into the sky and into the vacuum of space.

Everything out of balance or far outside of norms and logic finds equilibrium eventually.

Especially if there is a publicly unacknowledged health risk of using the core product.

I’ve already seen enormous parking lots filled with unsold Teslas. At some point it’s not about what a car company produces but what it can sell that determines its market cap and I don’t think Tesla will account for half of all future earnings from the car industry. (Or the robot industry).
