Having Made Salted Fish Fried Rice

Thai food has so many variations of the same dish by the meat used to prepare the dish. This time I was a bit lazy and decided to go with salted fish. I've been on a break from all meats for the past month so we'll get to see some fish dishes.

With most fried rice dishes in Thailand there's the fish sauce with chili but in our household we love to add garlic and lime. It works every time. Yummy!
