I hadn't seen your articles before. I love your writing style. I'm not much of a traveler myself. I hate flying lol. But I just took my first trip in years from LA to Orlando and have 3 more coming up. Not sure I'd like thailand but is sounds like a great place to "people watch" and that's my thing.
