Increasing Concerns over the Health and Psychological State of Junior Football Team Trapped in Underground Cave in Northern Thailand
The authorities are increasingly worried for the well-being of the lads trapped in the flooded Tham Luang cave in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. They are weak, and are apparently beginning to show signs of infection and health issues. Getting them out will be far from easy. An experienced diver (a Thai Navy Seal Officer) already lost his life in the underground passageways during the rescue operation.
Time is running out - the monsoon season will be here soon. A diving expert suggested the safest way to bring them out may be to drug them. I guess there is no good option and it's all a question of risk assessment at this point.
Folks, if you have a few moments to spare, hold them in your hearts and send them love. It really does make a difference.
