Full or fool?

Hi steemian

      "Wonders shall never end"

Just two days a go,one of our neighbours walked up to me and asked me for an assistance. He said i should assist him with #100 (Nigeria money) that he wanted to use it to get some food for he has not taken anything prior to that time.

So,i had compassion on him (thats me for you anyway) and i gave him #500 instead of the #100 he requested for.

I don't need anybody to tell me how happy he was. Immediately i gave him the money, he called his friend who was staying with him

They got some food items, cooked and eat together. Thats beautiful, right?

I was happy i was able to touch life,i was happy i was able to meet someone's need

Well thanks to steemit for the opportunity giving to me to do what i always wanted to do

God bless you,may God continue to cover your nakedness any time any day,may you never know hunger in your life time. "He prayed for me" . I was just saying resounding Amen.

To show his heart of gratitude,he told another neighbour of ours about what i did in the morning so that he can help him to thank me

Hmmm,people and their cunny behaviour

He came to me as directed but not to say thank you,lol

He said and i qoute....

Good evening sir,......(name withold) told me about what you did in the morning, where is mine?

Oh,you are surprised too,lol

How do i answer that,i simply told him that its not time for election, that he should come back during campegn
.. Lol

But it still baffles me,why he had to do that

Now,its up to you to decide

Do you think he came because he has a need?

Do you think he only want to take advatage of my generouse heart

Is their anything wrong in telling one's friend to appreciate someone on their behalf

Is it bad to help someone in need

Do you think giving him money will make me to look like a fool?

I'm longing to read from you in the comment box.

People tend to take one's kindness for granted.
There's nothing bad helping someone in need.
You just do you, because there's always someone like that everywhere.

Hmmn, yea... But i still wonder why people are always like this. Anyway, they can't stop us from touching lives.
Thanks for stopping by,i'm honored.

Giving is always good and doesn't make one a fool. If they take it for granted and they keep coming to ask, then keep giving because the giving hand is always up while the receiving end is always down.

But to help them, one can call them in the process and explain to the the principle of giving so as to open their eyes. Thanks

Thanks for your contribution. I enjoy giving to those that are deeply in need, but not to those that only want to take the advantage.
Thanks for stopping by,i am honored
