THE DAIRY GAME SEASON 2 FOURTH DAY DAIRY ENTRY 04/08/2020

Hello steemit family,I hope you all are fine and doing good. Its my fourth day in dairy game season 2 and I'm still very excited. My name is harsh and I was invited by @monz122 and guided by @ritz4 . Now I am starting my dairy game,I woke up at 4:15 A.M. today I woke up late and I got fresh till 4:30 A.M. . I went for a 1.6 km run, I completed it in 5:20 minutes. I did my stretching and I am seeing progress in my stamina and running speed. I felling stronger and longer than before.

After returning, I took shower got fresh then I read the newspaper around 7:45 A.M. this covid-19 enormously spreading in our city also so I request you all to stay protected and wear mask while going out, after that I had my breakfast at around 8:20 A.M. .

This was a lazy day for me, I didn't go anywhere.
I stayed at home, I watched television then around 11:00 A.M. I continued with my studies today I studied English antonyms,synonyms and arranging sentences. Then I went to sleep around 1:30 P.M. I woke up at 4:30 P.M. I had daal and rice then I freshed my mind by watching YouTube.

Then around 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. I gave my competition exam it was warmup for myself. Then I had my dinner around 8:30 P.M. I shared my day with you all I had a lazy day. I hope my teammates @teaminspiration have also written their dairies.
